Cozy up to a frothy chai latte made with your favorite Cass-Clay milk.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Chai tea bag
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup lowfat or fat free Cass-Clay Milk
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey
  • pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Heat all ingredients except the vanilla extract in a small saucepan until steaming.
  2. Remove tea bag and pour into a mug.
  3. Stir in vanilla. Serve immediately.
